Mr. Haney earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and attained his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1987 and is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
Mr. Haney has accumulated valuable legal experience, including working on patent appeals while clerking for a judge at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and spending time working for the National Energy Law & Policy Institute. Since beginning his private practice, he has litigated numerous trials and obtained significant recoveries for his clients.
