Worker Falls Through Skylight
Summary/Injuries: Our client was working to repair a vent fan at a local clothing factory when he fell through an acrylic plastic skylight in the roof. Suffering severe injuries such as the loss of his leg. We successfully fought for our clients rights to dispute the strength of the skylight that resulted in the accident, leading to a jury verdict for the plaintiff.
Death At Juvenile Boot Camp
Summary/Injuries: Puls Haney senior attorney Mark Haney respresented the family of a young man who died while in custody at a tarrant county juvenile boot camp facility. While in custody the young man died due to negligence, after presenting the case in court our clients were awarded with a favorable judgement.
