Brian was born in the town of Willis, Texas located just north of Houston. He attended Willis High School, where he played football. After high school Brian went off to the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business.


After his undergrad, Brian decided to move west and attended the Texas Tech University School of Law. There he pursued his Juris Doctorate degree and ultimately graduated and passed the bar in 2018. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas as well as Federal Court in the Northern District of Texas.

At the Texas Tech School of Law Brian was the Chairman of the trial advocacy organization, the Board of Barristers. He also participated on a number of national advocacy teams that competed all over the country.  These teams won a number of national championships along with a regional championship in the 2018 National Trial Competition. Brian was also selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers honor society. 

When he's not at the office, you can find Brian at the local climbing gym training for the next season of American Ninja Warrior, which he has been featured on each of the last three years. Keep an eye out for him on this season of the Emmy- nominated NBC television show!
